  • Take Frequent Breaks: To avoid building tolerance, use Kratom no more than 3-4 times per week. Take a week-long break every 4-6 weeks.
  • Monitor Dosage: Stick to the lowest effective dose to keep your body responsive.
  • Stay Hydrated: Kratom can cause mild dehydration, so drink plenty of water.
Kratom has a two-year shelf life when stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. To extend shelf life further, you can refrigerate sealed bottles, but this isn’t necessary unless storing for long periods.
